Jim Theodorakos began selling Real Estate in February of 1980. He enjoyed the interaction with all the different people and properties. He still enjoys it today because each day is something different.In this rural, small town market, Jim will deal with all kinds of properties. Single family homes. rental/ income properties, commercial, lakefront/ resort homes, mobile homes, farm land, hunting- recreational land and anything else.

Beside handling the day to day real estate business, Jim Theodorakos the owner - broker, is also a New York State Licensed & Certified Residential Appraiser and has taught Real Estate classes at Genesee Community College.
